Considering the dominance the party obtained over the political life of Armenians in less than 10 days, it was not surprising that it can authorize the country in May 28, 1918, after Armenia declared its independence. Dashnaxionrequired theoretical background on Armenian independent government to be able to perform its political role. <br />The present article, using a descriptive explanation, reveals that the party lacked any coherent and explicit theory on national government from 1890 to 1918, and during the time, in five separate periods it sometimes became close to the concept “national government” and sometimes far from that concept. Finally, after the independence of Armenia, the party was forced to lead the new government without previous preparation. حزب داشناکسیون (داشناکتسوتیون)، به همراه چند حزب ارمنی دیگر که همگی تب وتاب آزاد سازی ارامنه را داشتند، در سالهای پایانی دهه 1880(1297ق) بنیان گذاشته شد. با وجود تسلطی که این حزب، در مدت کمتر از ده سال، بر حیات سیاسی ارامنه به دست آورد، چندان عجیب نبود که در 28 می 1918 (16 شعبان1336ق) پس از اعلام استقلال ارمنستان، سکانداری این کشور را بر عهده گیرد. اجرای نقش سیاسی جدید برای داشناکسیون، نیازمند بهره داشتن حزب، از پیشنه­ای نظری در باب دولت مستقل ارمنی بود. این مقاله براساس تبیین تشریحی، نشان خواهد داد که حزب در حد فاصل سالهای 1890 تا 1918م(1336-1307ق) فاقد هر گونه نظریه منسجم و صریح در باب دولت ملی بود و در همین برهه­ی زمانی، طی پنج دوره­ی متمایز، گاهی به چنان تعریفی نزدیک می شود و گاهی از آن فاصله می گیرد، تا اینکه در نهایت با سر زدن استقلال ارمنستان بدون آمادگی نظری کامل، ناچار از قبول رهبری دولت جدید می شود. https://jhr.ui.ac.ir/article_16605_00167941b5ede8b98d3eda75a1264891.pdf
